I'm Jovan and I want to make sure all new customers are happy and are able to use our service successfully.
If you have not already done so, please download our software at:

If you have any trouble installing or connecting, do not panic as our support team is here to help. Just email us at info@hidemyass.com (or simply hit reply to this email).
If you experience any problems in getting set up, we will extend your subscription so that you are not paying for time you have not been able to use.
Our software has been designed to be easy to use and set up but if you do need to contact us, please first follow the instructions below as this will help us to help you even faster:

1) Windows & Mac users:
If you have trouble connecting please click the "diagnostics" button (located near the bottom of our software), wait for the pop-up window to confirm diagnostics has finished running and then click the "export log" button. You will see your text editor has opened with your connection log. Please save this file on your computer and attach it to your email to us.

2) Linux users:
Please include your connection log (if possible) from your terminal window when emailing us
